James Packer no longer holds any board seats in Australia after resigning from a total of 22 company directorships in the past few weeks.
The resignations signal Mr Packer's ongoing retreat from public life as he focuses on his mental health, following a messy break-up with pop star fiance Mariah Carey and the failure of his casino company Crown Resorts' expansion strategy.
The 50-year-old business magnate resigned from the board of Crown Resorts Limited in March.

A company representative at the time said that 'Mr Packer is suffering from mental health issues... [and] At this time he intends to step back from all commitments.'
That same month, Mr Packer checked himself into a $35,000-a-week psychiatric hospital in the United States.

Documents filed to the corporate regulator ASIC revealed that Mr Packer resigned from the board of Consolidated Press Holdings (CPH) on June 27, with a spokesperson confirming that he stood down while he 'continues his recovery'.
His numerous resignations are the latest evidence of the casino billionaire stepping back from his business empire for his 'personal wellbeing'.

Mr Packer, whose net worth is estimated by Forbes to be at $4.1 billion, has recently been linked to New York socialite Kylie Lim.
The pair were photographed together just last week eating ice cream and taking a boat ride at Portofino, on the Italian coast.
Sources have claimed Ms Lim has been instrumental in getting Mr Packer 'back on his feet'.
