Cliff Castle Casino eyes improved efficiency via QCI collaboration

Efficiency

Arizona’s Cliff Castle Casino has become the latest US gaming establishment to seek improved efficiency following a collaboration with Quick Custom Intelligence.

As a result, the deployment of the group’s QCI Enterprise Platform is currently being undertaken, with marketing, player development and casino operations teams to shortly begin training.

The data-driven software aims to permit operators to make quick, informed decisions in reaction to current trends, as well as assisting casinos in their efforts to optimise resources and profits, manage marketing campaigns and increase customer loyalty.

The Yavapai-Apache Nation owned and operator property offers more than 660 gaming devices; blackjack, poker and digital crap; a variety of entertainment options and food and beverage outlets and an adjacent hotel.

Rojelio Rubio, General Manager at Cliff Castle Casino said, “We are excited to add the suite of QCI products, they will not only make us more efficient but improve the response time and recognition of our valued guests.

“QCI is helping us achieve our goal of constantly improving the guest experience here at Cliff Castle Casino.”

This becomes the latest in a string of similar such alliances disclosed by QCI, with Cliff Castle Casino following in the footsteps of New York’s Batavia Downs Gaming, Bahamas’ Baha Mar, California’s Black Oak Casino Resort and Augustine Casino, Quebec’s Le Grand Royal Casino and Arkansas’ Saracen Casino Resort

The company noted that it currently has its software installed in over 115 casino resorts in North America, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Latin America and The Bahamas, with these venues boasting a combined more than $22bn in annual gross gaming revenue.

Andrew Cardno, CTO of QCI, explained: “We thank Cliff Castle for their decision to partner with QCI as their data and resort tooling provider. QCI is committed to further innovation to meet the needs of gaming resort operators.

“The QCI Enterprise Platform was developed specifically for resort casinos, allowing their hosts, marketing executives and casino gaming operators team to function in a modern data-enriched environment.

“With over 4,000 gaming executives currently utilising the QCI platform worldwide, we are confident our proven product will continue to meet the dynamic needs of Cliff Castle Casino.”
