Staten Island CHSAA softball: Jordan Felci, Moore Catholic bounce back to take 6-1 decision over archrival Sea (photos)

Jordan Felci scattered seven hits and fanned five for a complete-game CHSAA victory as Moore Catholic upended St. Joseph by-the-Sea, 6-1, to salvage the final game of the teams’ three contests this season.

Felci, who was in command throughout, was also backed by solid defense from third baseman Alyssa Watson (seven putouts) and a key defensive play by left-fielder Olivia Padro to thwart Sea’s best chance at a rally.
